We believe that working together will set the individual and their closest circle up for long-term success.
Possibilities
Possibilities is the Substance Use Disorder Program offered through Integrative Counseling Solutions, Inc. The program has been licensed by the State of Iowa since 2/10/2021 for Level 1 services.
What this means is that our program can provide 1-9 hours per week of services and the level of care is considered out-patient. In order to participate in this level of care, clients must meet specific admission criteria that is clearly defined in the program Policies and Procedures and is based on the American Society of Addiction Medicine standards.
We strive to make sure that our program is flexible enough to accommodate those clients that are in the pre-contemplation or contemplation stage of change. In some case we may try to help clients through risk reduction approaches while others may want to work towards a life-style free of mood-altering chemicals. We will monitor best-practices as defined through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and incorporate as appropriate.
Our staff is credentialed in Substance Use Disorder counseling and/or licensed in a behavioral health area. We are able to provide clients that may have co-occurring issues (Substance Use Disorder and mental health) a ‘one-stop-shop’ for their Substance Use Disorder and mental health needs. The program is committed to help as best we can, with the understanding that any need for a higher level of care will be referred outside the program.
